The beginning of golf season! Yes, you heard that right, golf. Step 1: Add CBD to your morning smoothie

I’m a creature of habit and that extends to my food. I have the same smoothie every morning. I know that might sound monotonous but try it out for yourself, and I think you’ll understand why I’m so crazy about it. 

  • 1 cup of frozen Blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbs of nut butter (I prefer Justin’s Honey Almond Butter)
