The beginning of golf season! Yes, you heard that right, golf. The sport that has generally been associated with rich old white men is the sport that this little brown girl has been playing since she was 7. Growing up in the scorching Texas heat and then playing for four years during college in Georgia, I’ve had my share of long, achy nights trying to recover from carrying golf bags for 6 hours each day.   • 2 tbs of nut butter (I prefer Justin’s Honey Almond Butter)
